Court Appointed Receiver since 2010, and Senior property director since 2007 at Andrew Bolnick & Associates, with current and past projects involving the management of multi-family developments, shopping centers, marina’s, golf courses, office buildings, industrial projects vacant land and hotels. Responsibilities include Director of assets, creating and editing Receiver reports, project supervisions over construction, environmental remediation, leasing, sales, marketing, budget management, rent collection, retail management, operations management, and owner/tenant issues for a portfolio in excess of one billion dollars.
